What’s Loopin’ 1/12/21

It was time to round up some of my favorite loops we’ve posted recently, and give credit to the amazing videos these have been pulled from.

Miles Silvas flipping in & out from his recent “Spitfire” Part. Miles put a hurting on the infamous Macy’s ledges, while showing us that he’s got multiple variations of the Switch Flip Front Krook, and his trademarked look over the shoulder roll away. The Bay Area footage meshed so well with the two Mac Dre tracks, this one is a treat. Scope this little “Directors cut” by Eryk Burton as well, it’s dope to see what went into his Bigflip down that Sac triple set.

What’s Loopin’ 6/10 🌀

Black Lives Matter. That is more important than anything else in this blog post, and I want that to be made clear. It’s very cool to see skateboarders come together and stand up to fight against racism. Keep an eye out for gatherings put together by skateboarders all over, there’s one called “Rolling for Rights” coming up in San Diego.

Since the last blog post, a lot has happened over on our Instagram. “Dylan Week” wrapped up, we announced the winner of our giveaway with Thunder Trucks, and some other loops of amazing skateboarders were made.

Dylan Week was a special one. Dylan Rieder will always be one of my favorite skateboarders, he really proved to me that how you do a trick is just as important, or more important, than what trick you do. I also love how much Dylan influenced skateboarding as a whole, through the way he dressed, and his trick selection.
