What’s Loopin’ 6/19🌀

Being a long time fan of Brad Cromer, and considering how incredible his skateboarding is, I decided to dedicate a week of loops to him.

In doing so, I rewatched a handful of his parts, and edits he’s featured in, including; HUF Footwear “Cromer 2 Part”, Brad Cromer in Outliers, Brad Cromer: Let’s Skate Dude, “The Mermaid Video”, and HUF Welcomes Mason Silva To The Team.

Whether or not you’ve seen those videos before, I recommend you go watch them before you go skate this week. As I have mentioned before, I love when the flat ground trick in a line really stands out, and there’s plenty of that with Brad’s pop and floaty style. It also stands out to me how it seems like he can do almost any trick, yet he chooses to do such great looking tricks, whether it’s a properly done fakie flip, or he’s getting tech on a ledge, it always looks clean.

What’s Loopin’ 6/10 🌀

Black Lives Matter. That is more important than anything else in this blog post, and I want that to be made clear. It’s very cool to see skateboarders come together and stand up to fight against racism. Keep an eye out for gatherings put together by skateboarders all over, there’s one called “Rolling for Rights” coming up in San Diego.

Since the last blog post, a lot has happened over on our Instagram. “Dylan Week” wrapped up, we announced the winner of our giveaway with Thunder Trucks, and some other loops of amazing skateboarders were made.

Dylan Week was a special one. Dylan Rieder will always be one of my favorite skateboarders, he really proved to me that how you do a trick is just as important, or more important, than what trick you do. I also love how much Dylan influenced skateboarding as a whole, through the way he dressed, and his trick selection.
